PERRY & BLACKWELDER'S	Perry& Blackwelder’s (P&B) — a new restaurant that recently opened on the territory of Souk Madinat Jumeirah market. The informal atmosphere of the restaurant accurately recreates the traditions of the southern states of America, and the real American smokehouse was the first of its kind in Dubai.The philosophy of the restaurant is connected with the history of America at the time when residents of the southern states perfected their special skills of cooking meat by slowly frying it over smoldering coals. PIERCHIC	Pierchik is a luxury restaurant serving seafood dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. The concept of the restaurant was inspired by the corporate style of the owner of three Michelin stars, chef Laurent Gras. It beckons with its twinkling lights, like a lighthouse in the sea. The restaurant is located at the end of the pier on the beach of the Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel, on wooden stilts directly above the water, which makes it unlike all other establishments and gives a special charm and romance.
